Restaurant L'Appaloosa

In a warm and cozy ambiance, at the heart of Bize Minervois, a village renowned for it's River, "La Cesse', the Chef, Jean-Marc and his wife, Rachel welcomes you.  On our Menu, you will be able to find dishes comprising of  traditional French Cuisine, Asian Cuisine, Grill meat and fresh fish & seafood on the 'Plancha' (stainless steel flat cooking top).

Here at L'Appaloosa, Jean-Marc uses his knowledge and experience gained after having worked in 3 stars Restaurants in France and 5 stars Hotels in Asia.   Quality and taste are our main priority where cooking is concerned while we ensure that our guests are served in a friendly and warm atmosphere. 

Our Restaurant is opened everyday for lunch and dinner except on Monday.  From September until June, we are also closed on Saturday Lunch.
